Dividing the workloads

As we all have different skills we have split alot of the work to better utilise this. We have people focusing on the Typography choices, some on colour, some on layout and some on polish. We feel this is give the best overall result for our branding.

I have slipped into the roll of polishing the final pieces, ensuring that the theme is constant and quality is consistantly kept high. This same principle is a keystone to the way in which our company organises and works, as we are all creative people, we all want some creative input!

In some cases tho, with the chosen theme, it can be hard to adapt our own personal styles to that of the collective, and in some cases things such as animations and effects do not really work with the limited colour palette and style of retro.

Working with this method and with Fliss and Tina setting deadline for design’s and research it ensure we keep on top of things and know what we are ment to be focusing on at a given point.
